Frequently asked questions about Cygnature pricing

How will my free trial plan work?
The free trial plan allows you to experience the application and its features. You get an opportunity to decide whether the application suits your purpose or not. During or after the free trial, you can upgrade to one of the paid plans based on your needs.
How do the paid subscription plans work?
You can decide to choose a monthly recurring plan or an annual plan. If you choose a monthly plan, you will have to renew the plan every month. If you choose the annual plan, you will have to renew it at the end of the year.
Does everyone signing the document need a Cygnature account?
No, recipients of your documents do not need an account to sign with Cygnature. Your document will be sent via email and recipients can review the document, and sign in as guest, and complete the signing process without having a Cygnature account.
How do I buy a plan for more than one user?

If you need multiple users, please contact our sales team at hello@cygnature.io. For organizations, it is better to go for Enterprise plans which have features suitable for an organizational scenario

What is Certified sign?

Certified sign is a pay per use signature. It is a digital signature issued from a global Certificate Authority and comes at a cost. You need to purchase a minimum of 10 certified signs if you wish to use them. You can purchase them from your subscription menu in the application.

What is Aadhaar e-sign?
For Indian citizens, the government has issued a 12-digit Aadhaar number which is linked to the individual’s registered mobile number. NSDL provides a gateway to authenticate a person using his Aadhaar number by sending an OTP to his mobile number. This is captured as an Aadhaar e-sign on the document. To use Aadhaar e-sign on your documents, you need to purchase a minimum of 10 signs. You can purchase them from the subscription menu in the application.
What is UAE Pass?
For citizens of UAE, the government has issued a UAE Pass. This can be used to sign a document electronically.
What is LIVE Cygnature?
LIVE Cygnature is an audio-visual based e-sign session where signers share their video feeds and screen share to sign the document electronically. The entire video session is recorded. This is a pay per use signature session which supports up to 5 users for 30 min. You need to purchase a minimum of 10 LIVE Cygnature sessions from your subscription menu. Price of LIVE Cygnature varies depending on the number of attendees in the conference. The actual charge will be deducted from your account balance.
What if I need to sign more documents than the plan limit?

We provide additional document packs for purchase. Please write to hello@cygnature.io to request for additional documents.

Is there any extra charge for using the Mobile App?

The Cygnature Mobile App is free to use on both Android and iOS.

What if I have a Trial plan and need to upload a document more than 10 MB?

If you regularly need to upload larger document sizes, then we recommend you switch to the Pro Plan which supports 15 MB. However, on a one off basis, if you are facing issue in uploading a larger document, please write to support@cygnature.io and we will help you for that case.

What is your auto-renewal policy?
We do not auto renew your plan. You will have to renew it every month or every year as the case may be.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you are on a monthly subscription, then you can cancel your account at any time, and you will not be charged for the following month. If you chose the annual plan with Cygnature, you can request a pro rata refund with a 30 day notice period.
How do I cancel my account?

If you would like to cancel your account, just send us an email at support@cygnature.io from the email address that you signed up for your Cygnature account. We will cancel your account.

What happens to my account once I cancel it?

The account will be disabled once we process your cancellation request. You will no longer be able to access your documents. Before sending a cancellation request, be sure to download all your documents from the application.

Is the API included with trial or enterprise plans?

Cygnature providers Rest APIs which can be integrated with your own business systems. API plans are separate. Please contact sales at hello@cygnature.io to get a quotation
