The client wanted to automate manual processes to generate and execute contracts which were slow, inefficient and unpredictable and needed a highly-configurable solution that can integrate with in-house AI/ML engine trained to utilize the wealth of data in the organization. They wanted to monitor contract performance accurately as they encountered complex execution of many contracts
